Bredhoff & Kaiser, P.L.L.C., a 35-lawyer firm in Washington, D.C. with a national practice and reputation representing labor organizations, is seeking a Litigation Support Coordinator.
We have a busy litigation docket, and handle 50 or more complex civil matters in federal, state, and administrative tribunals across the country at any given time. Our Paralegal Department, consisting of between 4-6 paralegals and led by the Paralegal Administrator, is a vital part of our success.
Summary of Position
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve as Litigation Support Coordinator, with a focus on coordinating management of ESI across all our litigation. ■
The Coordinator works directly with our attorneys and paralegals to develop case specific ESI strategies, and serves on point for interfacing with vendors. Our firm manages some litigation-related data via an iPro-hosted platform; other cases are hosted through third-party services in Relativity. ■ The Coordinator also assists the Paralegal and Firm Administrators with the management of non-discovery databases and platforms used to manage information and data and enhance workflow throughout the firm. ■ Finally, the Coordinator is expected to supervise workflow in the Paralegal Department in the absence of the Paralegal Administrator.
Qualifications
This position requires attainment of a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of litigation support experience (either in a firm or with an e-discovery vendor).
