Looking for an interesting entry-level law firm position in the East Bay? You may be the perfect candidate for a tech litigation assistant position at Gibbs Law Group LLP.

Our firm represents individuals in high-stakes (and often high-profile) class action and personal injury litigation. We bring cases against the country’s largest corporations—including utility companies, banks, and automobile manufacturers.

We offer a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere, where you will have an opportunity to meaningfully contribute and learn more about the legal profession, apply your analytical and adaptable skillset to solve problems, and ultimately leverage technology to make justice more accessible to everyday people.

You will set up automations and surveys to help gather and manage massive amounts of client data, assist with sending bulk emails in a manner that ensures high deliverability rates, collaborate with other technologists and attorneys on interesting projects to help litigate cases efficiently, and more — we are looking for individuals who enjoy being challenged and who take pride in their work.

You’ll Need to Have:

· A commitment to the work we do

· Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

· Attention to detail and analytical thinking

· A genuine interest in blazing a new path at the intersection of law and technology

You Will Learn:

– Coding: knowledge of scripting languages (such as Python, VBA, JavaScript), database languages (such as SQL), or web development languages (HTML, CSS).

– Salesforce: experience setting up and managing data in Salesforce, using Salesforce tools to make data more accessible to team members, working with Salesforce programming languages, such as Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Components

– Project Management: experience working with others on long-term projects with many moving pieces.
