As a caregiver starting out with Attention Plus Care, you have more paid training and support to advance your career in health care. Your passion for helping others and wanting to learn more is recognized and rewarded. After completing your initial training, our mentors and support team will check on your progress and readiness for more advanced training and skills development. Caregivers with more advanced skill qualifications go on to higher paying assignments. So whether you have home health aide, nurse aide, CNA, or personal care assistant experience, Attention Plus Care can work for you.

Working Conditions:

As a caregiver you will work mainly in our clients homes. Flexible schedules and work from part time to full time hours. Occasionally, you will also work in the office to receive paid company training to maintain or upgrade your skills. Our office staff are very friendly and supportive, and everyone at Attention Plus Care is encouraged to be their best.

Qualifications:

We will explain what you need during your interview, but we do require you have a few things to ensure our clients get the best caregivers:

YOU MUST BE AWESOME!

High School Diploma, GED, or  Equivalent

Current CPR Training Certification

A 2-Step TB Clearance
