Description
The Channel Development Lead defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Channel Development Lead will collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales educational plans.
The Channel Development Lead for Sales Enablement:
Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Creates and maintain onboarding training for new hires on outside and inside sales teams
Creates and maintain specialty specific training materials for outside and inside sales teams
Monitor competitive space and educate sales team on market activities
Primary marketing liaison to create presentation pieces for outside and inside sales teams
Supplement manager field coaching to support ongoing sales training with providers
Collaborates with partners across the organization and external 3rd parties
Assists with and attends regional business meetings; responsible for content and agenda at National Sales Meeting
May be asked to complete in-person field rides with outside sales team
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision,
Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
2 years of project management or project leadership experience
Sales experience in the health solutions industry
Experience training and/or coaching professionals
Strong business acumen
Comprehensive knowledge of Sales Force and Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Teams
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Power BI and/or Brainshark a plus

Remote office, must be willing to travel for business meetings or field rides as needed.
