Profile

This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

The Waldron Complex Safety Goal is Zero Accidents.

All personal protective equipment will be provided for Team Members at no charge.

Applicants will be considered for any hatchery general labor type opening.

Applicants must be willing to stand for up to 10 hours a day, must be willing to grasp, grip, twist, push, pull, bend and stoop occasionally.

Applicants must be willing to move chick trays weighing approximately 30-60 lbs. by hand.

Clean, mop and buff hatchery floors.

Chick pulling duties include, but are not limited to pulling up to 1300 lb. racks out of machines daily.

Work in a hot, dusty environment with a high concentration of allergens.
