Job Details:

(2,000 Sign-On Bonus) for all Hourly Production New Hires.

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Must be able to work 5 days a week... can be up to 7 days a week. Standing for long periods of time. Shifts are 8 hours long.

Must be able to bend, lift various amounts of weights. The duration might be short; however, the amount could as much as 50 pounds

Flexibility and dexterity are important. Many times, depending on the product, the pace will be fast requiring quick thinking.

Must have good eye/hand coordination. Reaching, pulling/pushing at various times.

Adaptability to various environmental factors such as: external heat, cold, high humidity, and wet floors. Aromatic spices are used.

Adaptability to different situations are necessary. Labor loaning to different departments is common in production areas.

Individuals should have tolerance for extremely high noise levels, which calls for hearing protection, which is provided.

All other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

** First Shift $15.20

** Second Shift $17.20
