Job Description:
Rabin Martin is in search of an energetic individual to join our growing firm as a Junior Associate. Candidate should have some experience in public health or other health-related disciplines. Strong writing, communication, research and organization skills are necessary for this position.
The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and jump in to provide support wherever needed. This is an entry-level position.

Main responsibilities/tasks
Help coordinate relationships with clients, collaborators, grantees, and stakeholders from various sectors
Prepare briefing materials for senior executives for meetings, events and field visits (domestic and international)
Draft, edit and prepare reports, issue briefs, and other client materials and presentations; synthesize information and craft clear recommendations
Conduct desk research and stakeholder interviews to inform clients’ direction
Stay abreast of trends relevant to our clients’ interests in global health (e.g., maternal health, access to medicines, infectious disease, non-communicable diseases, health policy, etc.)
Perform media and issues monitoring, reporting and management
Help support efficient functioning of a multi-disciplinary team (general account management, including tracking program progress, arranging meetings, drafting agendas, etc.)
Candidates should have the following qualities/skills
Creative, organized, flexible; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team setting to respond effectively to client needs
Exceptional writing and research skills, including ability to understand technical literature, interpret data and present information in a clear, compelling and easy-to-understand way
Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
At least 1 years of relevant work experience in public health programming, corporate social responsibility, public policy, or public-private partnerships (preferred)
Experience working in a consulting environment or with the business sector (preferred)
Work experience in low- or middle-income countries (preferred)
