Winston & Strawn's San Francisco or Silicon Valley office is looking for an entry-level associate (2023 JD) to support the firm’s Corporate department in the areas of venture capital fund formation/transactions, M&A, and digital assets & blockchain technology. Some former transactional work experience in these areas is preferred, but not required. In addition to excellent academic credentials, all candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates are required to take the July 2023 California Bar Exam.
