Job Summary

Looking to start (and grow) your career with Comcast? This hybrid analytical marketing role is the perfect opportunity for an entry-level professional who is passionate, data-driven, and a problem-solver. Learn alongside our experienced leaders, and work collaboratively with teams across finance, strategy, business intelligence, sales, and more. Responsible for the support of Florida region competitive intelligence programs for residential and business, competitive response, as well as market and segment deep dive analyses. Tracks and provides updates on competitor products, pricing and promotions and prepares summaries for senior leadership. Utilizes analytical and data mining skills to provide key insights regarding prospects and customers. Supports in the execution of local competitive response and general acquisition programs. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Develops and distributes comprehensive competitive reporting through a combination of primary and secondary research, internal resources, local competitive intelligence and other region-specific projects.

Tracks and provides updates on competitor pricing, offers, industry activities, and performance impact for senior leadership.

Supports in the development of market deep dives through collection of relevant data points (demographic, economic, behavioral) and formulates recommendations to improve market or segment performance.

Utilizes available business intelligence assets to provide insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries for the Florida region.

Prepares reports, analysis and power point presentations as requested.

Works independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on campaign elements and production.

Assists in pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis and summary report.

Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and possess a working knowledge of Tableau.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
