This role will expand your breadth of expertise and showcase your knowledge and research to others.What your day will look likeOur Account Specialists demonstrate their skills as they implement activities such as serving as the day to day contact for your clients, working with brokers to see that best deal criteria are met for placements, collect and analyze data for service plans, strategy reports, all while providing excellent service at every turn. Pick up knowledge of market and relationship management while flexing your negotiation skills.Collect and analyze data and drafts, including assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.Challenge yourself by undertaking new and stimulating projects!Key BackgroundWhile no prior experience is required, typically at least 1 year of successful business experience, preferably with corporate accounts/customersOrganizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail.Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.This role offers several promising career paths at Aon, including Account Executive, Broker and Producer tracks.Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year of shown experience.
